Vibrating shale shaker screen has three major parts: Strips / Frames, Wire Screen Cloths Panels, Backing Metal Plate or Support Plates. All the parts can be replaced with new materials to save cost. The screen panels can be designed with multi-layer or single layer flat panels, with or without backing plate support.
The combination of single-deck or multi-deck screen can meet the requirements of certain hydraulic fluid control process.
Replacable Parts
Strip or Frames: The steel or aluminum frame parts for hookstrip screen and framed screen can be replaced.
Wire Mesh Fabrics: Pre-crimped woven steel wire coarse mesh, polyester mesh fabric or micron slotted perforated metal plates, woven stainless steel mesh cloth; for Vibrating Sieve FlC500, Vibrating FlC2000
Filter Mesh Cloth Ranges: 20mesh-275 Mesh. The meshes can be replaced with new fabrics.
Backing Grid Layer: Perforated metal sheets. Stainless steel or carbon steel hot galvanized or powder coated.
Materials:
Stainless steel 304l, 316l, carbon steel, polyester, nylon or dacron, Polyurethane, rubber.
The materials shall be resistant to acid, alkaline, heat, corrosion, suitable for process of screening and filtering. Also wear resistance is very important for the screening materials as wear occurs badly on the panels due to rubbings between materials and panels during the screening process.
Plate: 2.0 mm ± 0.1 mm
Aperture: 40 * 40mm rectangular hole

Welding Pattern:
Weld corners: Weld on inside corner and outside while no weld on top or bottom. Complete two welds on corner and go to next corner until all are complete. ALL Material 1.00”
After corners welded – select one side of frame and weld all eight bars. Welds only need to be ground on outside corner. The long dimension typically cut a little shorter than 46.25’.
Frame Parts Finish:
Top of frame is sandblasted or rough ground to get good profile for powder coat.
Repairable and Replacable Mesh and Screen
Flat and framed plate screen panels are supplied with repairable plate screen panels. The precise tensioning treatment along rectangular mesh grid makes this shaker screen ideal to separate various screen solids, while ensure all unwanted oversize contamination is removed from industrial screen sifters.
